Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and optionally your brokerage/agency name and license number.
• Location data — your precise location while you are actively using the app, so you can place and find signs on the map. We never collect location in the background.
• Sign and Open House data — the signs you place (location, quantity, orientation, status), address search queries, and Open House names you create.
• Sign-in with Apple or Google — if you choose to sign in this way, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) from Apple or Google, subject to their own privacy policies.
• Payment information — subscriptions are billed and processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. SignFinder never receives or stores your payment card details.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the core features of SignFinder (placing, tracking, and collecting signs), to provide customer support, and — in aggregate, de-identified form — to improve future traffic-based placement recommendations. Precise location is used only to provide these core features and is not used or disclosed for any other purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing Communications and Sponsored Content

If you opt in — either when you create your account or later from Member Center → Basic Info — we may use your email address and/or phone number to send you promotional messages about SignFinder's features and offers, and we may feature sponsored or promotional content from select real-estate-industry partners within the app. This is entirely optional and never required to use SignFinder. We do not hand your contact information over to a sponsor for their own direct marketing without your separate, explicit consent. You can turn marketing communications on or off at any time from Member Center → Basic Info, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing of Information

Your sign and Open House data is only visible to another agent if you choose to share an Open House with them. We share information with Apple and Google as needed for authentication and billing. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not otherwise sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Geographic Scope

SignFinder is intended for use by real estate professionals in the United States. We do not knowingly direct the Service to, or process data of, residents of the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland.

Do Not Track

We do not track your activity across third-party websites or apps over time, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from the Member Center, your data is deleted.

Your Rights and Choices

You can review, correct, or update your account information from the Member Center at any time, and delete your account and all associated data from Member Center → Delete Account. You can turn marketing communications on or off anytime from Member Center → Basic Info.

Children's Privacy

SignFinder is intended for use by real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
